Information on the Processing of Personal Data
of Data Subjects, Users, and Customers

1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. Internet Portal and Operator
1.1.1. The internet portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal") available at the domain booqito.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Domain") is operated by SkvěléČesko.cz s.r.o., ID: 09223436, with its registered office at Sládkova 372/8, 702 00 Ostrava, registered at the Regional Court in Ostrava under file no. C 82459 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
1.1.2. In the course of operating the Portal, personal data of persons who use reservation services or order products or services through the Portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") are processed based on a contract concluded between the Operator and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract").
1.2. Personal Data and Their Categories
1.2.1. The personal data of Customers (hereinafter referred to as "Data Subjects") are processed, specifically: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address.
1.2.2. This data falls into the category of address, contact, and identification data.
1.3. Purpose of this Information
1.3.1. This information has been prepared to fulfill the information obligation under Art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
- Performance of the Contract between the Operator and the Customer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- The Operator's legitimate interest in direct marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Conditions of Processing
3.1. Processing is carried out manually and automatically, by the Operator's employees and contractual partners.
3.2. Personal data protection is ensured by access rights, physical security, encryption, and regular employee training.

- External service providers related to the performance of the Contract
4.1. Form protection (reCAPTCHA)
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on forms on this website to protect against spam and abuse. When you submit a form, data may also be processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Use. The reCAPTCHA service is invisible to users (no checkbox is shown).
4.2. AI help assistant (chatbot)
We operate an automated help assistant (chatbot) on the Portal that answers questions about using the service. If you type a message into the chat, we process the data you enter in it. The chatbot is intended for answering questions about the service — please do not enter sensitive personal data or personal data of third parties. The legal basis is the Operator's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing functional help and support.
We do not store the content of messages in a database. The conversation history is kept temporarily only in your browser (for 24 hours) and can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser data. We do not store your IP address in a permanent log; it is used only temporarily to protect against abuse.
To generate a response, we transfer the content of your message to the language model provider, Anthropic PBC (USA), which acts as our processor. This constitutes a transfer of personal data to a third country (USA), safeguarded on the basis of standard contractual clauses (SCC) under Art. 46 GDPR and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Under its contractual terms, the provider does not use the content of requests to train its models.
5. Retention Period
- For the duration of the Contract
- After the expiry of statutory periods (accounting, tax)
- Until the withdrawal of consent, if the processing is based on consent
6. Rights of Data Subjects
The data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
7. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
The right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if there is a breach of GDPR.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. Processing for other purposes will be notified and the consent of the Data Subject will be requested.
8.2. The document is available before the conclusion of the Contract and permanently on the Portal.
