🔔 SMS booking reminders

The most requested feature of recent months is here. The day before their visit, customers now get not only an e-mail as before, but also an SMS reminder of their booking – it significantly reduces the number of people who forget.

• ✅ Off by default – you turn them on yourself in Settings (Operator details)
• ✅ The text includes the activity name, date, time and your contact

Example of what the SMS looks like:

For the SMS to go out, notifications must be enabled, the order must have a phone number filled in, and client communication must be allowed.

🎁 Gift vouchers and passes – custom validity for every package

It makes sense for a 5-entry pass to have a different validity than a 20-entry one. Now you can set it that way.

• ✅ Set a custom validity for each package – right in the package settings
• ✅ It’s optional: leave the field empty and your standard setting applies
• ✅ Customers see the validity right at purchase, based on the package they pick

📅 Admin orders are faster

Staff selection while searching for a time slot. Previously you picked the masseur/staff member only after choosing a time – and only then found out they weren’t available. Now the selection sits right under the product and works as a filter – the calendar highlights when that person is free. It doesn’t restrict anything, it just highlights available slots. And if you pick one specific person, they’re pre-filled in the order below.

Slevomat: name and photo right in the order. If you sell through Slevomat, the order detail and the e-mail now show the name and photo of the specific deal – no more looking things up.

📝 Activity settings: Restrictions, Price includes and Excludes

These used to be editable only through us. Now you set them yourself – you’ll find them in Booqito above the activity description.

• ✅ Restrictions, Includes and Excludes fields right in the activity settings
• ✅ Set them per activity – they can differ for each one
• ✅ Changes propagate automatically, no need to contact support

🌍 Language versions – complete translations

We went through the entire booking flow and the gift voucher widget and filled in the missing translations. We also fixed a few visual glitches that appeared at certain resolutions. If you sell to international customers, the foreign-language version is now complete.

👤 New role: IT technician

Do you have your own web developer or an IT company managing your website? You can now give them limited access to widgets only.

• ✅ They see only the Widgets tab – no revenue, orders or customer contacts
• ✅ Colors, language versions or deploying another widget – they handle it themselves
• ✅ Neither you nor we need to be involved in every small tweak

🧾 Accounting documents to multiple e-mails

A small thing that saves forwarding. You can now send accounting documents to multiple e-mail addresses at once – typically yourself and your accountant. Just add them in the settings and every document goes to all of them.
