Booqito Update: Easier Reservation Management and Partner Program Launch (October 23, 2025)

👋 Easier Reservation Management

We’ve pushed Booqito another step forward – this time we focused mainly on faster reservation management, clarity, and small details that will make your daily operations easier. There will be more updates in the coming time, you have something to look forward to :)

Let’s see what’s new:

📅 Better Work with Orders and Appointments

Reservation management is now even clearer:

✅ What’s new and better:

• Sorting orders by event date – find what you need faster
• Dashboard with three clear tabs:
  • Upcoming – reservations that are about to start
  • Currently running – reservations that are currently active
  • Recently finished – reservations from the last 12 hours

This way you’ll find what you need faster – without unnecessary searching.

🌍 Widgets and Language Mutations

So customers always see the correct language:

✅ What we fixed:

• Widget redirection on subdomain – now automatically opens in the selected language (e.g. …/de/ or …/en/)
• Language switchers now work even where another layer used to overlap them
• Activity name is always visible in calendar for better orientation

🛒 End of Confusion When Completing Orders

Some customers mistakenly thought they had their reservation ready already after adding to cart.

✅ What we changed:

• Changed text from “Complete Order” to “Shopping Cart” – clearer and more understandable
• We’re also working on adjusting the green message after adding to cart to make it less confusing and clearer

🚫 Fairer Cancellation

✅ New cancellation option:

If a customer doesn’t show up and you have payment on site set up, you can cancel the reservation until midnight of that day – without having to pay a commission.

(This cancellation cannot be used for online payments or completed reservations.)

💡 And a Few More Details That Will Please

✅ Small improvements:

• Fixed sorting orders by date – now only takes valid reservations
• Language switchers are easily clickable on all devices
• Dashboard is overall clearer and more readable even on smaller screens
