Booqito Update: Even better customer experience and more flexibility for you (May 23, 2025)

We’re making everyday work more pleasant for you and your customers. Thanks to your feedback, we’re constantly improving Booqito so that reservations work smoothly, quickly and without worries – whether you’re on the web or mobile. We present three new features that will make management easier and increase customer satisfaction:

🌍 New: Language versions EN and DE – open doors to international customers

Want to make your services easily bookable for foreigners? Thanks to language versions in Booqito widgets, you can now offer a complete customer journey in English or German. From activity selection, through confirmation emails, to possible changes or cancellations – everything is translated and fully adapted to customers.

🔧 How to do it?

  1. Log into Booqito.
  2. Click Settings → Sales channels on the right.
  3. Enable language versions (EN, DE).
  4. Done! Language switcher will now appear in your widgets.

Tip: If you want to fine-tune specific translations, go to the My company tab and adjust texts as needed. In widget settings, you can also choose a default language (suitable for multilingual websites).

📅 Special time slots easily and quickly – more flexibility, more customers

Planning to open during holidays? Or want to offer special time slots outside regular opening hours? With Booqito, you can do it in a moment – expand capacity only when it suits you.

  • Fully utilize peak demand
  • Easily add one-time slots without changing regular schedule
  • Customers immediately see newly available times in the widget

🔧 How to do it?

  1. Open Booqito and go to the My company tab.
  2. Select the specific activity where you want to add special time slots.
  3. In the Ticket settings section, click on the third tab (Special time slots).
  4. Add new times and you’re done – the system takes care of everything else.

📱 Improved widgets – more reliable on all devices, especially mobiles

We know that most customers today book from mobile – and we’re ready for it. Our widgets are now more stable, faster and adapted even for older or technically simpler websites. We’ve removed problems with “floating” widgets and adjusted their responsiveness so everything runs smoothly even on phones.

  • Seamless booking from mobile and tablet
  • No display issues on less perfect websites
  • Modern and fast experience for your customers = higher conversions

🔧 What needs to be done?

Nothing. Improvements are already active and you don’t need to set anything up.

We recommend checking your widgets in mobile preview and possibly adjusting their placement on the page if it would help with better clarity.

In addition to these three key improvements, we’ve also worked on dozens of small adjustments that will make working with Booqito more pleasant. We’ve improved system performance, small UX elements and are preparing more features that we’ll present to you soon.
